Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store creditItems on sale or purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • We allow only two consecutive returns. Only seven 7 returns per calendar year.

 

PICKUP: Must be picked up within 7 days of the purchase to be elegible for return or exchange. AFTER 7 DAYS THE ORDER CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

PRE-ORDER: are final sale, which means pieces are order specifically for that customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number. Store credit or size change will be offered. No money back.

To start a return, please contact us at elguardarropadeadrian@gmail.com indicating your order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm by email response. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit: A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. You have (1) one month to use STORE CREDIT.  Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned because of sanitary reasons, like teething products, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized boxes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any approved return will be elegible for a store credit.

  • We do not issue money refunds. 
  • Shipping cost are non refundable.
